Motor sailer 38 feet One Off - steel boat. Can also be used as a houseboat or sailing dinghy. It is ketch rigged and also has two roller forestays. The boat has been lovingly maintained and fitted out by the current owner, who has built, maintained and updated this fantastic motor sailer for the past 25 years.

The hull is shaped like the Motiva 39. The superstructure was designed by the owner himself, who had the construction done by professionals. The boat appears solidly built and maintained over time. Isiteak was laid on the hull and deck 10 years ago and is regularly replaced when necessary.
The age of the boat says 1973 - but it would be more accurate to write that it was 25 years old - when the current owner took over the boat and emptied it completely and began the reconstruction. For the first 5-8 years, the boat was on land and was refitted. Therefore, the engine has only run a maximum of 500 hours. Inspection report is available from when the boatyard inspected the boat in 2010.
In the bow there are two cabins. On the port side a bunk with a berth length of 200cm and on the starboard side two single berths with 160-170cm berth length. These could be combined into a master cabin if desired.
Large saloon with 195 cm headroom. Large sofa, kitchen with refrigerators. 3 x gas hob and oven, sink and a bathroom with electric toilet and shower.
Aft is the captain's cabin with double bed and workspace.
In the center is the engine room under the cockpit, where a Volvo Penta 6 cyl. 105HP engine is located and works stably. There is a 500ah operating battery bank and a starter battery. In addition, there is also an oil heater that heats the entire boat via waterborne radiators.
It costs about 4-5000 DKK to heat the boat during the winter months, as the boat is also insulated above the waterline.
The boat regularly comes ashore and is sanded and painted. Last time in August 2023.
