Beschrijving
The Lagoon 40 (2019) is a highly popular and versatile cruising catamaran designed by the renowned VPLP Design. Introduced as a "new generation" model to replace the older Lagoon 39 and 400, the 2019 edition features modern aesthetics, angular hulls with large windows, and a mast stepped further aft for easier sail handling. It is highly sought after by both private cruisers and the global charter market due to its excellent balance of living space and manageable size. The mast is positioned further aft, creating a shorter boom and allowing for a self-tacking jib. This layout makes the boat exceptionally easy to sail short-handed or even solo. The elevated starboard helm station offers excellent visibility and groups all sheets, halyards, and winches together, keeping the rest of the cockpit safe and clear. Massive vertical hull windows and 360-degree salon glazing ensure the interior is flooded with natural light and offers panoramic views.
